I specialize in Addictions and Recovery. I currently have a Master of Arts in Addiction and Recovery Counseling and hold a Texas state LCDC license. I also hold various certifications from the American Association of Christian Counselors, including Addictions & Recovery Coaching, Life Recovery, Health & Wellness, Mental Health Coaching and Life Coaching. I am also a Ordained Minister with my Ministry License issued through the Universal Life Church & Renco. I am currently seeking my Doctorate in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from The National Christian Counseling Association (NCCA). 

In January 2025 I hope to roll out two different workshops both in Addictions and Recovery. Staying Sober and Seeking Safety are both 12 week programs that focus on digging deep into the causes of addictions and relapse prevention. 

I provide  Baptisms every Monday at Lake Ray Roberts during the months of April, May, June, July, August, and September @ 9AM. Please email me to set up an appointment. 

I am currently an auto-immune warrior. I have 7 auto-immune disorders that have developed over the years due to all of the trauma that I have endured throughout my life. I currently seek treatment from a Functional Medicine Physician for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTs), Hashimoto's Disease, Graves Disease, Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS), Epstein Barr Virus (EBV), and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). 

I  currently do homesteading as a hobby. Due to my illnesses I work very hard in maintaining a toxic free life. I make a lot of my own things and even do my best to raise my own food. I am on a 300-acre ranch in Texas and enjoy producing and processing my own products. I currently practice an AIP Paleo diet.
